StoneZone’s nya byggnad

Här uppför StoneZone en ny byggnad på total ca 400 kvm i två våningar. Om allt går enligt tidsplanen är tanken att vår nya hyresgäst "Stenverktyg i Bohuslän AB" skall kunna slå upp portarna på bottenvåningen vid månadsskiftet Februari / Mars 2016.
Lokalen på övervåningen (150 m2) skall kunna tas i bruk som utställnings eller kurslokal lite senare.

January 2016 !
We are one year into the building process. !
The digging away of the forest floor started on the 7th of January 2015.

Winter has come to Hällevadsholm and the snow is covering the stones, Beautifull !





Time to close the doors, keep the cold outside,



and put the floor heating in action.





On the 23rd of December, just before Christmashollidays the big doors were put in place.
Finally the biggest gap i the building is closed. Nice move foreward!













All the 30 windows are in and the coming week the big doors will be put in place.



In the mean time work on the inside is progressing.

The stairs are being build, step by step that is, and could they be anything else than granite?








November has come and the roof is on and ready.





The new priority now is to get the windows in.









Even the corner collumn where the windows will meet under 90° is placed now








Time flies when you are having fun! Already it is October and were still building.























Today on the 30th Juli 2015 we put all the remaining 18 roof trusses in place. Now the highest point is reached and the rough shape of the building is revealed.









Monday we started on the roof. We raised 3 trusses by hand, it s possible bet easyer to cal for a crane.










During the afternoon, and after a lot of rain, the front wall came in place.!



Now we can get a little preview on how big the second floor will be.



The backwall facing the forrest is up!
With some smart thinking, and some water tanks as counter weight, we could raise the whole wall (in total 15 meter ) without to much effort.





Den 13 Juli, tre veckor efter gjutningen kunde vi ta bort förskålningen till storaportens betongbalk.
Den blev mycket vakker.!

The second floor is almost there.......



2 July 2015 Today was really a hot day..... We kept working however.





The first parts of the roof construction have arrived as well during the afternoon. The model is called "scissor truss"




July 1 - Six months in the building process !



A great day today! Finally have started on the second floor.





Almost forgot the concrete supporting beam over the big gate has to be poured as well.
But first the wooden mould has to be build. It has a free span of 4 meters.





The 16 meter metal beam is almost in position and we soon can start on the second floor.



The stone walls have now partially arrived at their final height.





Idag fick vi granit porten mellan lagerrummet och garagedelen upp. Ochså granit stolperna som kommer att bära andra våningen komm på plats.




On Mars 19 finally the concrete was poured. Whow!







The floor isolation is getting placed as the first preparation for the concrete floor.





Now the layer of gravel is taking over the forest.



Infrastructure every where, lots of pipes and cables.



First the forest floor has to go.



Here it all starts, on the 8 th of January 2015, out in the forrest.
